Purpose
This policy protects the Site, its visitors, and GovSoft's systems. Our visitors include people working in offices of government and at entities that operate in regulated industries, and we maintain the Site to the standard those environments expect. It is part of the Terms of Use and applies to all access to www.govsoft.com.
Prohibited Activities
- Accessing, probing, or testing the security of GovSoft systems without GovSoft's prior written authorization.
- Introducing malware or any code intended to harm or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Interfering with the Site's operation, including denial-of-service activity, request flooding, or resource abuse.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation or authority.
- Submitting false, deceptive, or unlawful content through Site forms.
- Harvesting personal information about other visitors.
- Circumventing robots.txt directives, rate limits, bot protection, or other technical controls.
- Reproducing or republishing Site content in any form without a written license from GovSoft, as described in the Terms of Use.
Reporting
If you discover a vulnerability or observe misuse of the Site, report it promptly to legal@govsoft.com. Good-faith reports are appreciated, but this policy is not an authorization to test our systems.
Enforcement
GovSoft may restrict or terminate access to the Site at its discretion, may remove content submitted in violation of this policy, and may pursue all remedies available under Ohio and federal law, including referral to law enforcement.
