Use Requires a License
No person or entity may use, reproduce, display, or register any GovSoft trademark, logo, trade name, or brand element, or any confusingly similar variation, in any form or medium, without an express written license from GovSoft, LLC. This includes use in marketing materials, product names, domain names, social media accounts, advertising keywords, and merchandise. Unlicensed use may violate federal and Ohio trademark law.
Requesting Permission
Requests for trademark licenses or usage permission should be sent to legal@govsoft.com with a description of the proposed use. Written approval from GovSoft is required before any use begins.
Third-Party Marks and Non-Affiliation
GovSoft does not display marks registered to other entities in its marketing materials.
