This policy describes how we handle information collected through www.govsoft.com (the "Site"), which serves a professional audience working in offices of government and at entities that operate in regulated industries. GovSoft products and services are provided under separate written agreements with their own privacy commitments, and those agreements control for product data.
Information We Collect
- Information you submit through our contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, organization, division or office, role, the message you write, and the page from which you submitted the form.
- Technical information processed to operate and protect the Site: IP address, browser and device signals, and request metadata, processed through the infrastructure and security providers that deliver the Site, including an automated bot-protection service that distinguishes people from bots.
The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.

- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To keep reasonable business records of correspondence.
- For our ordinary business operations, including the ordinary business operations of our subsidiaries and affiliates.

GovSoft does not sell personal information. We use it in the ordinary course of our business, including the ordinary business of our subsidiaries and affiliates, and we share it only within that corporate family, with service providers that operate the Site's infrastructure and form delivery on our behalf, when required by law or legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of GovSoft or others, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or asset sale, in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred information.
Retention
Form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain reasonable business records, and are then deleted or anonymized.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you submitted through the Site by writing to legal@govsoft.com. We respond to verified requests within thirty days. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Children
The Site is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
