Purpose
GovSoft builds and operates technology used in offices of government and by entities that operate in regulated industries, and we hold ourselves and the people who interact with us to the professional standard those environments require. This policy sets conduct expectations for interactions with GovSoft staff and partners, including correspondence, meetings, events, demonstrations, and support channels.
Expected Conduct
- Treat GovSoft staff, partners, and other participants with respect and courtesy.
- Communicate professionally and truthfully in all interactions.
- Respect the codes of ethics, procurement rules, transparency obligations, and regulatory requirements that apply to your organization, whether an office of government or an entity operating in a regulated industry, in your dealings with us.
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, threats, abuse, or discriminatory behavior of any kind.
- Misrepresentation of identity, employer, or authority.
- Offering or soliciting anything of value in violation of public ethics or procurement rules.
- Conduct intended to undermine trust in GovSoft, its people, or its services.
Reporting and Consequences
Concerns may be reported to legal@govsoft.com and will be reviewed promptly. Depending on severity, GovSoft may issue a warning, decline or end an engagement, restrict access to events and channels, or pursue legal remedies under Ohio law.
